What People Typically Ask

How do engagements typically begin?
We begin with an informal conversation — usually an hour — to understand the situation and confirm whether the engagement is a reasonable fit. There is no obligation attached to that conversation, and no fee.
Do you work with businesses outside Kuala Lumpur?
Yes. We work with businesses across Peninsular Malaysia and have facilitated sessions in Penang, Johor Bahru, and Kuching. Where in-person meetings are preferred, we arrange them to suit the client's location.
What size of business do you typically work with?
Most of our clients are owner-led firms with between 15 and 200 staff, or family-held companies at a point of generational transition. We are less suited to early-stage startups or very large corporate groups.
How long does a typical engagement last?
Duration varies by engagement type. A Strategic Direction Review runs four weeks. Succession Planning is structured over roughly twelve weeks. Operating Model work typically spans four months, including implementation support. All timelines are estimates; they can be adjusted to the client's pace.
What happens at the end of an engagement?
Each engagement closes with a written deliverable — a summary of findings, a framework, or an operating model document, depending on the scope. Some clients continue with periodic advisory sessions; others prefer to work independently from there. Both are fine.
How is pricing structured?
Each engagement has a fixed price stated at the outset. The Strategic Direction Review is RM 580; Succession Planning is RM 1,950; Operating Model and Organisational Design is RM 3,200. There are no add-on charges or variable fees once work has commenced.
